1.在湘留学应届毕业或毕业未满两年的优秀留学生；

2.毕业两年内，拥有中国重点高校毕业证书的外国留学生，研究生以上学历优先准入；

3.毕业两年内，拥有国际知名高等院校毕业证书的外国学生。

Outstanding international students who have graduated or will graduate within two years from universities in Hunan.

Foreign students who have graduated within two years holding a degree certificate from key Chinese universities, with priority given to postgraduate or higher degree holders.

Foreign students who have graduated within two years holding a degree certificate from internationally renowned institutions.

创业港面向全球各个国家在中国留学且大学毕业两年内的外国留学生开放，有实力有意愿在湖南进行经贸类创新创业且满足“基础要求”、满足以下“准入范围”中任何一项或者“其他准入”条件的可以申请入驻。

The Entrepreneurship Port is open to foreign students who have studied in China and graduated from university within the past two years. Applicants should have the ability and willingness to engage in innovative business or trade activities in Hunan and meet the "basic requirements" as well as any one of the following "entry criteria" or meet other admission conditions.

在满足上面一、二点要求下如有以下文件的可以优先安排入驻：

1.拥有所在国在华大使馆或所在国省部级政府部门推荐创业函的外国留学生优先准入；

2.拥有所在国工商界知名企业或知名NGO组织推荐创业函的外国留学生优先准入。

Applicants who meet the criteria mentioned above will be given priority admission if they possess the following documents:

A recommendation letter for entrepreneurship from the embassy of their home country in China or a provincial-level government department.

A recommendation letter for entrepreneurship from a well-known business or NGO organization in their home country.
