◆ Openness has become a distinctive symbol of contemporary China.

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, deployed to promote high-level opening up and once again conveyed China's confidence and attitude to the world. China will promote the construction of an open system for win-win cooperation, remain a stable source of power for global economic growth, acting as a vibrant major market for countries to expand business opportunities, and always being a key promoter of global openness, so as to better benefit the Chinese people and people worldwide.

人才已经成为各国发展的第一资源

全球化经济时代的到来,拥有和聚集国际人才,已经成为各国和企业内外竞争的最大变量，实现跨越发展都离不开人才的推动作用，人才资源的聚集,将决定一个国家和企业的命运。中国改革开放40年来的跨越发展,依靠的正是一代又一代人才的涌现。《全球人才流动趋势与发展报告（2022）》中指出，世界主要国家的人才竞争力指数前十名中，欧美国家与亚洲国家数量平分秋色，世界人才中心正在从欧美向亚洲扩散。

◆ Talent has now become the first resource for the development of all countries.

With the advent of the era of globalization, possessing and assembling international talents has become the biggest variable in internal and external competition among countries and enterprises. Achieving leapfrog development is inseparable from the driving role of talents.The aggregation of talent resources will determine the fate of a country or enterprise. China's leap-forward development over the past 40 years of reform and opening up relied on the emergence of generations talents. The "Global Talent Mobility Trends and Development Report (2022)" pointed out that among the top ten talent competitiveness indexes of the world’s major countries, the number of European and American countries is evenly matched with Asian countries, indicating that the global talent hub is shifting from the West to Asia.

2013-2023，十年来，在各国共同努力下，共建“一带一路”从理念化为行动，从愿景变成现实，成为深受欢迎的国际公共产品和国际合作平台，打造沿线国家共享的机会之路、繁荣之路。共建“一带一路”已经成为推动世界经济增长的重要引擎，开辟了经济增长的新空间，也成为全球治理的重要合作平台。

◆The "Belt and Road" has become a vital engine for economic growth.

From 2013 to 2023, over a decade, with the collective efforts of countries, the "Belt and Road" Initiative has transformed from a concept to action, from a vision to reality, becoming a widely acclaimed international public good and platform for international cooperation, forging a shared path of opportunities and prosperity for countries along its route. The initiative has become an essential driver for global economic growth, opening new avenues for economic advancement and also serving as a significant platform for global governance cooperation.

平台简介INTRODUCTION

2023年6月，创业港揭牌，建筑面积6231平米，位于中国湖南省长沙市雨花区长托公园。

创业港是中国（湖南）自由贸易试验区长沙片区打造的重点面向“一带一路”及非洲国家，辐射全球，集国际人文交流、国际青年创业、国际经贸合作于一体的综合性国际服务平台。

创业港以联合中国大学招收培养来华留学生为基础，指导优秀国际青年在长沙就业创业为支撑，引进国内外工商企业商务资源，以供应链管理与金融为保障，将国际青年人才的“人力资源”转换为推动经济高质量发展的“经贸资源”和“产业桥梁”。

In June 2023, the Entrepreneurship Port was inaugurated, covering a building area of 6,231 square meters, located in Changtuo Park, Yuhua District,Changsha city of Hunan Province.

The Entrepreneurship Port is a comprehensive international service platform built in the Changsha Area of the China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone, focuses on the "Belt and Road" countries and African countries, it radiates globally, integrating international cultural exchange, international youth entrepreneurship, and international economic and trade cooperation. 

The Entrepreneurship Port is based on jointly recruiting and training  international students in China with Chinese universities, and is supported by guiding outstanding international youths to work and start businesses in Changsha, integrates business resources from both domestic and overseas enterprises, and uses supply chain management and finance as safeguards. Its goal is to transform international youth talents from "human resources" into drivers for high-quality economic development, namely "economic and trade resources" and "industry bridges".

◆ Foreign Talent Study, Entrepreneurship, and Employment Service System

The Entrepreneurship Port is equipped with an international service team fluent in multiple languages and with rich overseas work experience. With nearly six years of experience serving foreign talents in studies, entrepreneurship, and employment in China, the port offers professional employment and entrepreneurship services to foreign students. The port has established close cooperation with over ten universities in Hunan and partnerships with nearly 30 large Chinese companies for international talent recruitment. Services include a range of training programs for international students, covering language proficiency, vocational skills, industry knowledge, interview techniques, career planning, and resume optimization; and also offering financial, technical, and market support for entrepreneurship; with policy consulting services regarding legal residence documents, work permits, and entrepreneurship visas; and provide special international talent job fairs, talent recommendations, and employment counseling.
