为充分发挥国际人才资源优势，推动中国企业走向国际，推动中国与各个国家经贸互通，激发在中国留学生毕业后链接中国与海外的动能，由湖南自贸区长沙片区牵头联合中国企业、在中国毕业留学生，在创业港内共同推出国际青年联合创业计划。该计划通过广泛遴选优秀国际青年、孵化创业市场主体，该计划致力于以创业主体为通道推动中国企业国际化发展、助力各个国家优质产品走进中国。

2023年5月，创业港已成功落地中国湖南省首批创业签证，已有一批优秀外籍青年成功创立贸易公司并开展国际业务。

To maximize the advantages of international talent resources, promote Chinese companies to go global, enhance economic and trade interconnectivity between China and other countries, and invigorate international students graduating from China to connect China and overseas, the China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone Changsha Area takes the lead in uniting Chinese enterprises and international graduates jointly launched the International Youth Joint Entrepreneurship Program in this enterpreneurship Port. By extensively selecting outstanding international youth entrepreneurial market entities, this program aims to promote the international development of Chinese enterprises and help high-quality products from various countries enter China.

In May 2023, the Entrepreneurship Port has successfully implemented the first batch of entrepreneurship visas in Hunan.More and more outstanding foreign younths have successfully established trade companies to have their international businesses.

至今，创业港已成功帮助近百位外籍青年进入跨国企业就职或成为企业合伙人。

As cities increasingly accelerate their internationalization in the era of global economic integration, the global competence of international talents becomes crucial. The Changsha area of Hunan Pilot free trade zone collaborates with major Hunan universities to build a joint cultivation model of "theoretical learning in universities + practical experience in the zone". This collaboration aims to retain outstanding graduates in Changsha for employment in multinational corporations.

So far, the Entrepreneurship Port has successfully assisted nearly a hundred foreign youths to work in multinational corporations or become corporate partners.
